Illustration Friday - Angels and Devils

So, I made it back… barely. I'm glad all of you have been able to keep up with it. While I haven't had the time to get pencil to the paper as often as I would have liked, I did manage a quick look at a few of my friend's work. Fantastic as usual. You should visit Illustration Friday and see for yourself.

This is a quick pencil sketch that I scanned in and used it as the main subject of a Photoshop collage… much fun was had…

Thanks for stopping by…

Oh, fantastic. I love this drawing--the darkness and sketchy chaos of it. Wonderful hands!

This is VERY GOOD! I really like the fact that you only drew the upper half of the boy devil - and that his arms and hands come across as wings. Curious about the small photo in the back ground. I admire your work.

Thank you for looking at my work and leaving a comment.

Dark, scary, but oh-so-cool. Nice work.

This rocks. I think best this week. I just love the whole layout of it. Colors, dark feeling, everything. Yes, is that old picture a burial site with flowers on a coffin? Great job!

BTW, glad to hear you are "back." :)

"Wicked" collage. Dark and mysterious with a wonderful graphic style.

Very cool and freaky, twisted, just the way I like it! Wish I could see the photo in the top corner better, tho.

Very powerful, the gnarled linework is fabulously appropriate.

This is very cool! The yellow background is a unique and unexpected choice for this topic, and the pale white/grey images and textures in the background invite closer scruntiny. Your creature is very evil looking! Excellent!
