And if I didn't think your post was very important, I wouldn't have been so moved to bring it to discussion.<br /><br />And search isn't the only mindset that is wrong when it comes to branding. I think a lot of the problems would be solved if they would just ask themselves the question "What are my customers looking for?" and then, think about what the customer is asking themselves. That would probably be something like why do I need this product or service and how will it make my life better?Michael G.
